New skill: Craft: Comic Book
Comics creators must make a skill check for Craft: Comic Book with a DC of 20 in order to make a comic that is enjoyable. A success means that the reader will enjoy the book, and will probably buy the next issue. A fail means that the issue was not entertaining, and depending on the severity of the failure may generate intense loathing or hatred in the reader.
Modifiers: For each creator with more than 5 ranks in Craft: Comic Book, lower the DC by 1. For each instance of Judd Winick, raise the DC by 3.
